Nabee Socks has always supported our healthcare heroes. In fact, Nabee Socks was founded by a nurse. Tired of wearing drab, boring compression socks, Brian Park began Nabee Socks so nurses and others could wear the most fun and colorful compression socks on the market while still taking in all of the health benefits. Nabee continues to serve frontline healthcare workers.
When COVID-19 struck we knew we had to do something to help out our healthcare heroes. Long hours got longer, crowded waiting rooms got more crowded, and the intensity of daily work jumped considerably for them. We knew we had to step up and help people.
We decided that the best way to help nurses and healthcare workers was to donate Nabee Socks to frontline healthcare workers. We wanted to include our customers in this project so they could help too. So we ran a sale that would benefit both our customers and healthcare workers. We decided that for every pair of Nabee Socks sold we would donate two more pairs to healthcare workers. It's been a smashing success!
We've donated over 2,000 pairs of compression socks to frontline healthcare workers to assist them in the battle of COVID-19. This was not a hard decision to make, even though we knew sales would slow due to the coronavirus. Our commitment to nurses and healthcare workers remains steadfast and always will.
We're thankful that we've been able to continue sales during the pandemic. We're also thankful that we are able to help healthcare workers in their battle, and we're thankful our customers got behind the effort in a big way.
While this has been a difficult time for all of us, the human spirit displayed throughout the COVID-19 pandemic has been remarkable. We've seen amazing acts of kindness as people have come together to help each other all over the world.
